How to Book

STEP 1

By now you would have received a copy of the 'intake assessment form'. Could you please fill in all relevant sections, sign the form, and email it back to Emma.

STEP 2

To secure your place, we require a minimum booking deposit of $200 ($100 for pensioners). Options for paying program fees are below:

• Option 1- Select to just pay the minimum deposit, required no later than 2 weeks prior to group start date, to secure your seat. You can then access this page any time to pay the remaining balance, in installment amounts of $100, $150, or $200, with full balance due by week 5 of your program.
• Option 2- You can select to pay the full fee upfront.

Cancellation Policy

We will honor full refund requests for changes of mind up until two weeks prior to program commencement date. Please note that after this date, the booking deposit of $200 ($100 pensioners) will not be refunded, but any other payments received over this amount will be refunded. Non-refundable booking fees may be put towards future Liberation Nutrition program fees, within one year from commencement date of the original program that you'd registered for. Priority access to future programs will be given in this circumstance.
